How do I return an item?

If you're experiencing any problems, issues or have installation questions - contact us at:  service@brittaproducts.com or call us during regular business hours (562-344-5337, Pacific time 9a-5p, M-F).

For returns, your order number is your RMA number.  If sending returns, please contact us in advance by email regarding your RMA.  We will provide you with return instructions.

Returns are generally accepted within 30 days of purchase*.   Returns must be in original condition with all packaging and parts.  Omissions are subject to reductions in credit.  Electrical parts / assemblies are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

* Britta Products Inc reserves the right to determine if products may be returned and the value of return credits.
