LED-3W-1076 (BA15D).  Compatible with GE94, GE 94, 1142 and many others.  Base type BA15D (referred to as # 1076) (dual contact point, dual matching retainers on each side).

LED-3W-1157 (BAY15D).  Dual contact points, offset retainers.
